Dylan Whitbread

Dylan Whitbread attended McMaster University where he earned his degree in Kinesiology. While at McMaster, Dylan played on the McMaster Varsity Men’s Baseball Team and was the assistant Strength and Conditioning coach for various sports teams including, football, swimming and basketball.
Dylan furthered his education at Brock University earning his Master’s in Professional Kinesiology. 
As part of his Kinesiology program his practical experience included working with individuals with spinal cord injuries and youth programs at the YMCA. He later obtained certifications with The National Strength and Conditioning Association earning his CSCS Strength and Conditioning Specialist certificate. 
Dylan also has an extensive personal athletic background including baseball and hockey winning multiple Provincial Championships. He also was heavily competitive in volleyball and track and field winning the City Championship 7 times.
Dylan is still currently the assistant Strength and Condition Coach with CFL’s Hamilton Tiger-Cats and Velocity Sports Medicine and Training Centre.
