During your consultation, we review your athletic history and personal performance goals. We then discuss how training with the Velocity Performance Division works. Our performance system is tailored to your specific needs and includes orthopedic and fitness assessments, training from our certified staff, nutritional analysis, and even massage therapy if needed.
