The Velocity Performance Assessment is a comprehensive system designed to assess and improve fitness and athletic performance. It includes a range of tools and technologies that measure various aspects of an athlete’s performance, such as strength, power, speed, and agility. The system utilizes advanced sensors and software to provide real-time feedback and analysis, allowing coaches and athletes to identify strengths and weaknesses and make data-driven training decisions.

One of our tools is the Vald Performance System which is used by professional sports teams, elite athletes, and performance coaches around the world to optimize performance and reduce the risk of injury.


It’s crucial to evaluate your goals and performance levels to provide you with a personalized training plan. Running preliminary assessment tests is essential to assist your coach to create a plan that works best for you so that every effort you put into your training counts, whether your aim is to build strength, power, cardio output or recover from an injury.
