Chris Figueiredo

Physiotherapist

PT, MScPT, BSc (HK)

Chris completed his Master of Science in Physiotherapy at McMaster University after earning his Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics from the University of Guelph. Driven by a lifelong passion for sport, movement, and human biomechanics, Chris entered physiotherapy to help individuals overcome injury and return to the activities they love.

Chris believes effective rehabilitation begins with empowerment. When patients understand their condition and actively engage in their recovery, results follow. His clinical approach integrates targeted education, skilled manual therapy, and individualized, progressive exercise prescription. Whether the goal is returning to competitive sport, rebuilding confidence in the gym, or moving through daily life free from pain, Chris delivers practical, collaborative care tailored to every stage of rehabilitation.

Having grown up playing competitive hockey and remaining an avid golfer, Chris brings an athlete’s perspective to movement and performance across all fitness levels. Outside the clinic, you’ll find him strength training, on the golf course, playing tennis, or spending time with family and friends.
