Mohua has been in the Fitness Industry for over 10 years. She is certified through CanFitPro and has a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion from Humber College. She has trained clients of all levels of fitness; from post-rehab to athletes. Mohua specializes in core conditioning, Pilates base exercises and core stability. Mohua will customize individual programs to make sure you succeed to the best of your health and fitness. At the end of the day; her goal is making sure you achieve yours.
