Patrick is a Certified Athletic Therapist, Fascial Stretch Therapist (2019), and a Registered Massage Therapist (2021). This gives him a large scope of knowledge to draw from when assessing, treating and creating home programs for his clients. Patrick is proficient in immediate care of injuries, posture and work related injuries and supportive athletic taping. He is also trained in the assessment and treatment of concussions, and is focused towards the prevention of injuries through exercise.
“The most important thing I can do is to teach, and help my clients understand why proper strength, understanding and commitment is the key to achieving relief and control over their injuries. It is essential that adding rehab into Daily Active Living passively allows clients to overcome and move forward from whatever is holding them back.”
Patrick has had the opportunity to be a part of all levels of sport with young soccer academy teams, local high schools, collegiate athletics and professional soccer teams. Most recently he has been working with the Toronto FC teams, as he seeks to develop his career working with the highest level athletes within the GTA. As a Student Athletic Therapist, Patrick and the Seneca Men’s Basketball team were inducted into the Toronto Sports Hall of Fame for Toronto Sports Team of the Year. The team was awarded for their outstanding efforts and results in the 2017-2018 college basketball season, going undefeated in the regular season and winning gold at both Ontario and National Championships.
Previously as a high performance coach and athlete at the Mississauga Canoe Club, Patrick understands the importance of healthy athletic participation across all levels of sport, and is dedicated to ensuring athletes return to sport as quickly and as confidently as possible.
Ultimately, Patrick’s goal is to help everyone succeed in their daily life and in sport.
