Thank you for signing up for our 2024 Summer Training.

The objective is to coach young athletes to build a foundation of fundamental movement patterns, core stability, and sport-specific skills through bodyweight exercises, resistance training, plyometrics, balance drills, and coordination exercises. The goal is to enhance overall athletic performance while maintaining age-appropriate protocols. Our style of training is proven to enhance all key areas of physical development while greatly reducing the risk of sports related injuries.

  • Please download and complete the consent forms below. The consent must be completed by a parent/legal guardian by the first day of training.

Important things to note:

  • Training begins weekly on Wednesday July 3nd and runs for 2 months. The last session will be Wednesday August 28th.
  • All sessions will be 1 hour in duration.
  • All participants must arrive in comfortable workout gear.
  • Bring water!
  • There are no “make-up’ sessions.
  • Please inform the coach of any current injuries or physical limitations.

Please note the scheduled time for your age group.

  • U13 Monday and Wednesday at 5pm
  • U15 Monday and Wednesday at 6pm
  • U16 Monday and Wednesday at 7pm
  • U18 Monday and Wednesday at 8pm

You are only allowed to attend the time for your age group only.
